All prints are custom-produced to order using museum-quality archival processes. Production is typically completed within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation.
Once your order ships, delivery timeframes are estimated and depend on destination, carrier, and factors outside our control — including customs processing for international orders. We use premium global lab partners in the USA / UK / EU / AU to minimize transit time and maximize regional proximity to your destination.
The one thing we guarantee: the quality of the work. If your print arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we will replace or refund it. That commitment has no asterisks.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, substrate, and destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placement. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted as each piece is made exclusively for you.
We stand behind the quality of every piece.
30-day quality guarantee: If your print arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We will provide a prepaid return label for any damage or defect claim.
Board-mounted works: All sales are final due to custom fabrication. Inspect your piece immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
All other returns: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
All works are open edition unless explicitly marked as limited. Each print is custom-produced using archival pigment inkjet processes on premium substrates with fade-resistance rated for 100+ years under proper display conditions.
